Joseph is happy to have joined the team at Exit Real Estate of Ludington in 2012. Originally licensed in 2003, Joseph brings his previous real estate experience to his position at Exit. He is available to help you with all your real estate needs including buying, selling and property management.
Previous to entering the real estate field, Joseph worked in retail management. Having spent 18 years with a major retailer has taught him that great customer service is the key to a happy transaction. Joseph believes that “keeping the customer’s needs first” and “great communication” is why a prospective customer should work with him.
Joseph’s decision to join Exit Real Estate was an easy decision after meeting with the Owner/Broker, Robin Koikas. Robin has been in real estate since 1996 and is a multimillion dollar producer. She is always available to bring her expertise to her agents and clients creating a true team office.
Joseph is married with two children and has enjoyed all that Ludington has to offer for the last 22 years. As a member of The National Trust for Historic Preservation and a volunteer at Historic White Pine Village, Joseph is a good agent choice to help you find, or to sell, you’re historic home. An avid antique hunter and flea market enthusiast, you may run into him on any summer weekend. When not working or antiquing, Joseph may be found enjoying Ludington’s beautiful State Park with his family.
